Odile de Saivre joined Societe Generale in 1997 in the Equity Capital Market team within Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking. She then spent most of her career in the Corporate and Investment Banking division notably in the Strategic and Acquisition Finance department as well as in Asset Based Finance. In 2010 she headed the Global Finance team in charge of credit risk monitoring before moving to Russia as Deputy Head of Rosbank’s Corporate Lending Department. Since 2015, Odile has been in charge of the Project Export Finance team within Global Finance’s Export Finance business line.
Odile holds a degree in engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris.
Zdenek was previously CEO at Societe Generale Madagasikara for 5 years.
He has a strong international experience working for Societe Generale in different countries (Madagascar, Bulgaria, France, Czech Republic) and activities (Global transformation management, Retail & Marketing, Inspection).
Mohcine Busta started his career in Societe Generale Brazil in Sao Paulo in 1989, having held several positions before being named Head of CORI Brazil in 2004. In June 2006, he moved to SG CIB in Paris where he became Head of Strategy and Development within CORI. In 2008, Mohcine joined SGEF and returned to Brazil to launch SGEF Brazil. In 2015 he was named Managing Director of Sogelease Morocco. Since May 2019, he is in charge of relations with ECB for SGEF.
Mohcine holds a BA in economics and international relations from « The American University» in Washington DC and an EMBA from «Business School Sao Paulo».
Andreia de Miranda Santos has a solid experience in human resources in the context of complex HR projects in multicultural environments. She spent 22 years in Brazil within Societe Generale group before joining the international division of the Insurance activity of SG in France in 2014 as Director of Human Resources.
Since February 1st, 2022, Andreia is Head of Human resource for Societe Generale Equipment Finance.
Julien Devaux joined Societe Generale in 2006. He has held various positions within ITEC (the Information Technologies department of GBIS) as developer, head of project and team manager. In 2010, he became head of IT for the cross-asset research teams of GBIS. In 2014, he took in charge SG Markets pre-trade services as well as the CRM wholesale banking offer. In 2017, he was appointed head of the IT division in charge of wholesale customer intelligence tools.
Julien graduated from ENSI Caen engineering school.
Karine Diligent joined Societe Generale in 2000. From 2008 to 2012 she was Head of the Accounting and Basle 2 department for entities in the international retail banking network.
From 2013 to 2015 Karine was Project Manager for regulatory projects (AQR – NBR and IFRS 9 phase 2) in the International Banking and Financial Services division.
Martin Dornseiffer joined GEFA* in summer 1991. Since then, he has been involved in various GEFA sales and managerial functions in Stuttgart, Hannover and Hamburg. In 2011 he became Sales Director for the branch network of GEFA and successfully managed 24 teams with 260 employees in Germany. After being appointed Executive Vice President in March 2014 he took full responsibility of the IT and Risk Management departments. In December 2014, he became Managing Director of GEFA. He was appointed Head of Central Europe for Societe Generale Equipment Finance in September 2017.
Before joining GEFA Mr Dornseiffer worked 4 years for Deutsche Bank AG, Mönchengladbach.

Julien Duranton joined Societe Generale in September 2010. He has been Credit Officer, then Senior Credit Officer for 7 years, before heading one of the sectorial teams in October 2017, monitoring more specifically the project finance activity, as well as the Transportation and Construction sectors.
Julien graduated from the HEC School of Management and has a degree in Accounting and Financials (French DESCF diploma).
Albrecht Haase has been appointed Chairman of GEFA BANK* on October 1st 2022.
Albrecht has been serving as Managing Director of GEFA BANK since 2017, supervising IT and finance. Before that, he held various functions at GEFA from 2001 to 2011, including Head of controlling and Head of direct Sales, and served as Managing Director of PEMA GmbH (a former GEFA subsidiary) from 2011 to 2017.

Danny Lam joined SGEF US as COO in 2010 and served as Deputy CEO untill his appointment as CEO in September 2015. Prior to joining SGEF Danny was President and CEO of Bell Atlantic Capital Corp. and President and General Manager of American Express Business Finance.
Florence Roussel-Pollet started her career within Societe Generale in 1992. Her previous roles include Managing Director within GBIS in the Structured Solutions and Leasing team in charge of financial engineering solutions for corporate clients of SG Group covering a large variety of business situations (investment, hedges and financing) and of geographies (Europe, USA, Brazil, Turkey, China…). She was also Deputy Head of Aircraft Finance for Commercial Aviation. Florence joined SGEF in October 2016 as Head of Business Operations within the Sales department. In October 2017, she took over the position of Global Head of Structured Finance and Aviation. In September 2018, she became Deputy Chief Commercial Officer, then CO-Chief Commercial Officer. On October 1st, 2020, she was appointed Chief Commercial Officer.
She graduated from ESSEC and holds a Master in Business Law.
Jarmila Spurova joined Societe Generale in 2002 as a Chief of Staff to CEO in Komercni Banka, Czech Republic. The, she held a range of different positions at the Group headquarters in Paris including Strategy, Finance and HR.
With her broad international background and full banking experience, Jarmila moved first to Cameroun as Head of Corporate Banking and Leasing, and then to French West Indies as Deputy General Manager.
She has been CEO of SGEF Spain since September 2017.
Jarmila graduated from Business School in Prague and ENA France.
Jerome Zeches has been working for 4 years in Structured Finance within Mid Cap Investment Banking & the French Retail Bank and in steering functions for the Coverage within Societe Generale group. Previously, Jerome has been working in consulting for 10 years for Societe Generale, first as an external partner, then within the Group (SG Consulting). Jerome started his career in product and project management in Telecoms and Security.
He graduated from ECOLE CENTRALE PARIS and INSEAD.
